CARRIER OILS - used to dilute essential oils

Grapeseed Oil:         The most common carrier oil as it is light and most economical available.

Sweet Almond Oil:    Suitable for all skin types but may mask the full smell of essential oils.

Wheatgerm Oil:         This oil contains Vitamin E and is good for skin complaints.

Jojoba Oil:                 This is the king of carrier oils and has excellent benefits for skin and hair.
